Lionel Media is being developed to combat civic disengagement and improve political transparency across Florida using modern media and technology.

The long‑term vision is a single mobile and web platform that provides short‑form video profiles and interviews from every local, county, and state representative — making civic participation easier to understand for everyday voters.

The project is designed around a five‑pillar university consortium model spanning Florida universities to advance legal formation, funding, technology, content production, and scientific research in parallel.
